The controls of this unit are accessible without having to open the cabinet door and have an easy to read real-time LED thermometer display. It has two modes of operation – proof/humidity mode and heat mode. The proof/humidity mode can be operated at up to 95% humidity at 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat mode allows for a maximum temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

The electrical specification is 120 VAC, 60 Hz., 1-phase, 14.0 Amps, 1440 Watts. The NHPL-1836-ECOC heater/proofer cabinet is provided with a line cord and NEMA 5-15P molded plug and is cETLus and NSF certified.
