  • Stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels
  • Griddle plate is 1 in thick highly polished steel
  • Controlled by a throttling type thermostat embedded in griddle plate and adjusts from 150°F to 450°F
  • Long lasting, heavy duty metal knobs
  • Cool to the touch stainless bull nose front protects knobs
  • 3/4 in N.P.T. male connection
  • 28,300 BTU aluminized steel burner every 12 in of width
  • Unit is shipped natural gas but includes field LP conversion kit
  • Units are approved for installation within 6 in of combustible surfaces
